Newton Farms have been farming in the village of Newton and Swaffham Prior for hundreds of years. The Hurrell family reside within the village of Newton with all managing partners living on Town Street and greatly enjoy contributing to village life.

We are keen to explore growth within the surrounding areas in a sustainable way and in line with planning policy. With any site we aim to deliver a mixture of high quality housing, supply amenities and work with the community to ensure that every scheme is in keeping, and for the benefit of, the community.

In Newton we would like to see further local amenities created as part of any development. These could include further public green spaces, access to the local farmland or recreational areas such as tennis courts. Any potential development would prioritise the protection of the aesthetics of our beautiful village and aim to not contribute to local issues such as traffic.
